5/5 - Everything about the property was as advertised. The grandkids all loved the media room. We chose to heat the pool which was worth the added cost. It rained several evenings and the pool would have been cold without the heat. Outside grill was great. The two balconies upstairs were great.

4/5 - Great Family Vacation House and pool were fantastic. We had small children so appreciated the alarms on the pool doors which were not a problem once you figure out how they work. Better instructions would help. Our neighbors alarm was going off constantly which was a bit annoying. The door code needed to be reset when we arrived but the concierge showed up fairly quickly to sort it out.
