5/5 - We had a great time during our stay. We paid extra to have the heated pool and spa. This turned out to be a mistake... The pool temperature would be around 108* and the spa was around 112*. We did contact the correct people about this issue but unfortunately we never go it resolved before we left. So we didn't really get to use the pool or hot tub very much.
